Last time we stopped we had a newly remodelled, modern room with nice airco. The hotel location was marvellous close to the pedestrian zone. Furthermore, it was just a short stroll away from Royal William Yard.

The location of this place is fantastic—right next to the center, the theater, and the pedestrian area. Plus, the Karst Gallery is just around the corner. I was really pleased with the cozy room, which had a lovely design, including the bathroom. 😊.

the employees were affable and supper friendly and kept it all overall clean. we stayed in an exceptionally clean and contemporary room that had a private safe, central heating, and an iron.

What a great Christmas stay! the hotel offered complimentary mulled wine and cookies upon our arrival to get us in the festive mood. the location couldn't have been better, with all the shops, restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We also enjoyed the complimentary use of the sauna after a long day of exploring the town.

The sound insulation wasn't great, as we could hear people in the hallway and neighboring rooms. the parking was a bit tricky, but we managed to find a spot on the street.

The location was excellent for exploring the town, although the steep hill was challenging for my elderly mother. The parking situation was sometimes a bit difficult, but overall, we managed fine. We would definitely request the same room again and consider staying here in the future. we had a pleasant and value-for-money experience.
